Search Tips:
>Enter multiple terms with a space between them.
>Search terms are not case sensitive.
>Terms may include any of the following characters: A-Z a-z 0-9 _ - . ' , $ %.
>Common words (a, an, the, etc.) are excluded from the search index.
>Place a plus sign (+) in front of each word that must appear in the results. For example, +printer +cartridge +maintenance.
>Place a minus sign (-) in front of words that you do not want to appear in the results. For example, +printer +cartridge -maintenance.
Search Help:
>Has the Browser Lost Your Search Results? Click the Back button on your browser, refresh the page, and then click Search.
>Is JavaScript Enabled in Your Browser? To search for terms, your browser must support JavaScript, and JavaScript must be enabled. If your search is not working at all, make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser by checking your browser preferences or options.
>The search bar will persist in your browser window until you return to the page you accessed before opening the search tool. Use you browser's back button to return to that page.
